In Home Nutritional Counseling.
We come to your home in the Greenwich area of Connecticut. We'll evaluate your caloric needs using BodyGem® Metabolic Fingerprint technology and calculate your body-fat percentage and anthropometric measurements. Then we'll provide diet plans and access to online nutritional and fitness tools. You'll have all of the tools necessary to make dietary changes that will increase your health and well being while attaining whatever fitness goals you have set more efficiently.
We have monthly and prepaid package plans available. Both include online nutritional guidance and exercise/fitness tracking tools through our affiliate site Fitness3.com.
